Headphones On

It's been more than a week since my Yo La Tengo kick started, and it seems nowhere near ending. Normally when I become "stuck in a sound" it's a much broader thing like being a soul addict for a week straight, it's so rarely just "a" band. I shouldn't complain. There are worse bands I could be listening to for a week on end and certainly Yo La Tengo have a wide breadth of material for me to re-explore¹...

It makes me lonely
I hear it and I'm lonely more and more
