I've always known I wasn't exactly like most other girls by living in my own musical geekdom but when I took a peek at the hot Threadless T of the day it was demonstrated all too clearly. Why is it that the boys seem to have a monopoly on musical nerdiness? Where are my female-co-conspirators ready to show off their record collections and argue about whether Suede was better with or without Bernard Butler¹? Some day I want to be able to look at something as ridiculous as the T-shirt above and see it sold out in boys AND girls sizes.

¹ There's no real argument here, it's obvious that with Bernie was a million times better but I'm struggling for a decent example this morning.
